Biography:
Mr. Rosen joined Rosen & Rosen in October of 1997 after having graduated Nova Southeastern University Law School in 1997 and University of Miami in 1994. During his academic career, Mr. Rosen received numerous accolades and awards. These include multiple Deans List and Provost List Honors, General Honors, receipt of the Bowman Ashe Academic Scholarship and an award for having the Highest GPA in his fraternity’s pledge class. He also was instrumental in forming the first collegiate electronic Bulletin Board System called Young Entrepreneur’s Symposium, which linked college students from around the country together online before the internet as we know it today was created.
As an attorney, it didn’t take long for Mr. Rosen to dive head first in to a high profile, serious injury case. While working along side his father, Ronald Rosen, he prepared and delivered the closing argument that helped obtain a 1.3 million dollar verdict for a woman who fell at Wal-Mart. Now over a decade later, Mr. Rosen continues to passionately fight for those seeking and deserving justice. He has spent countless hours in the courtroom and with jury consultants expanding his expertise on trial practice and the psychology and art of jury selection. Combining these talents and background with the rest of Rosen & Rosen’s experienced team has proved to be a very effective combination.
Since his first trial over a decade ago, Mr. Rosen has been involved in countless major litigation cases against almost every major insurance company in America. Mr. Rosen, along with the rest of the Rosen & Rosen team, recently had a substantial verdict against Bloomingdale’s after a 5 day trial and a multi-million dollar settlement in a Medical Malpractice case involving the loss of a Father and Husband.
Through these experiences, Mr. Rosen has also immersed himself in the community. He has served as Secretary and Treasurer of the Miami Project for Paralysis, a member of the American Bar Association, Florida Bar Association, Broward County Justice Association, Florida Justice Association and was a board member of the Broward Hurricane Club. He has also volunteered for Habitat for Humanity and political causes many times.
