Sahily’s enthusiasm for service started at the early age of 16 when she volunteered with an animal shelter. This led to her volunteering with a variety of shelters since along with a variety of animal, child and environmental advocacy groups.
Sahily Picon graduated from Nova Southeastern’s Shepard Broad Law Center, in the top 2% of her class, Summa Cum Laude, the highest possible academic distinction. While in law school, Sahily was awarded the Florida Bar Foundation Public Service Fellowship and the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers Award for her outstanding representation of indigent clients in divorce and custody cases. Also, Sahily worked for the Broward County Guardian Ad Litem’s office representing the best interests of foster children. This experience led to her authoring an article titled, “Psychotropic Medications in Foster Children: Just Say No to Drugs.”
Combining this passion, outstanding academic caliber and legal mind, along with the valuable experience Sahily gained both before joining Rosen & Rosen, while working with one of the nation’s most prominent personal injury law firms, along with the experience she has continued to gain since; and Sahily is an outstanding attorney providing our clients with exceptional personal service and thorough legal representation. Sahily finds tremendous satisfaction, passion, reward and sense of purpose in representing clients at Rosen & Rosen in the areas of Personal Injury, Medical Malpractice and Workers’ Compensation. She regularly works long hours, arriving early, leaving late and working on weekends in order to serve her clients’ best interests.
When not working, Sahily enjoys volunteering, reading and outdoor activities.
